Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Lead, train, and manage staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure an exceptional dining experience by upholding quality and service expectations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor restaurant finances, including sales, labor costs, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Coordinate with chefs, vendors, and suppliers to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a high-end dining environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
  • Experience with restaurant financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
