Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Lead, train, and manage staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience by upholding quality and service expectations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor restaurant finances, including sales, labor costs, and inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with chefs, vendors, and suppliers to maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in a high-end dining environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
- Experience with restaurant financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
